- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- In case of any delay due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, our team will notify you promptly.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with trusted courier and logistics companies to ensure safe delivery.
- Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days (within India).
- Express Delivery: 2–4 business days (available at extra cost in select locations).
- Remote or rural locations may take longer for delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
- Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for orders above a certain value (as specified on our website).
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status.
5. Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver the package on the first attempt, they will try again. If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible damage, please:
- Refuse to accept the delivery, or
- Accept it and contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos as proof so we can assist you with a replacement or refund.
7. International Shipping
Currently, VIPSI ships within India only. International shipping will be announced in the future.
